Role Description

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Abuja, with some remote work flexibility. In this position, you will manage and grow affiliate marketing programs, build strategic partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, developing affiliate strategies, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong communication with partners to align goals. You will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and drive business growth through affiliate efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing strategies • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing initiatives • Excellent Communication skills, including building and maintaining partnerships • Analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns • Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Experience in affiliate marketing platform tools or technologies is a plus • Prior experience in the real estate or lifestyle industry is an advantage
