Talent Partner / Recruitment Consultant (Must come from Agency Recruitment - SA recruitment)

💰 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE from R1+

We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner / Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town and build and grow a specialist recruitment desk.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle from developing client relationships and winning new business to sourcing and placing high-quality candidates. You will work closely with organisations across a range of sectors, helping them secure the right talent while building a successful desk. Key Responsibilities • Build and grow a recruitment desk, developing strong client relationships and a consistent pipeline of opportunities and candidates. • Develop new business by identifying and engaging with potential clients. • Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. • Source, identify, and shortlist suitable candidates through networking, headhunting, and market research. • Manage the interview process, coordinating between clients and candidates. • Negotiate offers and manage placements, ensuring a smooth process through to onboarding. • Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates to support repeat business and referrals.
