Overview:

As an AI Developer at ENGEL, you develop, operate and maintain our Enterprise Large Language Model Apps, which have become a cornerstone of the way ENGEL works. You advise on implementation roadmaps, do technical assessments and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities: • Software development: Develop new features for existing services • Update the tech stack: Monitor the transforming AI tech stack and transition to newer and better suited frameworks • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technical developments of enterprise AI Tools • Operations: Maintain availability of the enterprise AI Tools • Incident Response: Execute established and develop new procedures to mitigate technical issues. • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security incidents and measures taken. • Collaboration: Work with other AI developers and stakeholders including IT operations, software development, and business units, in cross functional teams to drive AI usage at ENGEL to the next level

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Programming, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with python or other major programming languages. • Advanced usage of Large Language Model Tools in every aspect of your professional life, most importantly coding • Proficiency in Azure & AI cloud infrastructure (AI Foundry, Azure Web Apps, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, ) • Experience with MS Copilot Agents • Experience with open-source AI tools is highly regarded

Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Keen attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
