AI Engineer – Agentic AI

About

We are looking for skilled AI Engineers with strong experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, multi-agent systems, and enterprise-grade AI platforms. You will work closely with AI Leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent applications
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and conversational AI systems
• Develop AI tools and integrations using MCP servers
• Implement scalable and production-ready AI solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with AI Leads, product teams, and stakeholders
• Debug, test, and improve AI model performance and reliability
• Document architecture, workflows, and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Experience developing AI Chatbots / AI Assistants
• Experience building MCP Servers / tool-based AI architectures
• Experience working with AWS Bedrock and NovaSonic
• Strong experience working with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS Cloud
