Make it happen

You will...

• Deal with the development and implementation of an AI tool strategy for the tech cluster.
• Decide when to use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, cloud services, or on-premise solutions based on developer needs.
• Be responsible for the conception of architectures and best practices to avoid redundant AI calls and control the exponential growth of API costs.
• Be the main point of contact (all genders) between the business units and central functions.
• Engage in continuous needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensure that tailor-made AI training is provided according to business requirements.

Be our forward thinker

You have...

• Several years of in-depth experience in software development.
• Good knowledge of modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants.
• A deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: experience in building or using multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) as well as with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical R&D environments.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
