Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical, numbers driven Senior AI/ML Engineer to serve as a core technical pillar across our rapidly expanding AI ecosystem. You are not just managing prompts; you are a creative strategist who knows how to architect sophisticated, production grade AI systems from the ground up.

While you will initially support our live projects such as the 24/7 Terminal (achieving 220ms latency), BOOST Scanner, AI Influencer, and SEO tools, this role is inherently fluid. You will act as a versatile lead for a constant pipeline of on-demand AI initiatives as we build the next generation of market intelligence tools.

What You Will Do

• Master AI Acquisition and Integration: Design and manage high performing AI systems that drive real time market intelligence and user engagement.
• Own the Full Funnel Architecture: You will build and manage the entire technical journey, from initial data ingestion to final product conversion.
• Scale High Performance Systems: Support and optimise our current portfolio while maintaining the extreme low latency standards required for real time market tools.
• Lead On-Demand Project Development: Act as the primary technical resource for new AI initiatives as they arise, taking them from concept to deployment in a high velocity environment.
• Execute Life Cycle Journeys: Ensure that the transition from raw social signals to finished market insights is seamless, managing all tools and software required for high fidelity tracking.
• Performance Reporting and ROI: You will be 100% accountable for the commercial outcomes of your code, ensuring we are generating value and not cash burning through inefficient compute or API usage.

The Tech Stack

• Languages and Frameworks: Python (FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic), Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
• AI/ML: Llama, Transformers (HuggingFace), LLMs (OpenAI/Claude APIs), Fine Tuning Experience, RAG, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
• Data and Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, VectorDB, Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Cloud and DevOps: AWS/GCP, AWS Lambda, Docker, GPU Deployment and Optimisation.
• Automation and API: Selenium, Twitter API v2, Crypto Exchange APIs (Binance, CoinGecko).

Your Skills and Experience

• Seasoned Engineering Background: You have a proven track record of scaling technical products and possess a deep, hands on development background that precedes the current AI wave.
• Analytical and Numbers Driven: You are a numbers person who lives in analytics, basing every architectural decision on hard data to identify leaks in the system before they impact the bottom line.
• Technical Funnel Builder: You are comfortable using low level tools, landing page builders, and CRM software to build the technical infrastructure of our AI products.
• Creative Strategist: You can identify a generic solution from a mile away and understand how to iterate on high performance logic that resonates with the target audience psychology.
• Crypto Market Literacy: You have an understanding of crypto markets and trading dynamics. Some blockchain knowledge is required for tokenomics related projects.
• Direct Communication: You speak and write clearly in UK English. You have a bias to action and are comfortable working in a lean, high output team where you own the results.
