About

You'll be joining a global digital consultancy that helps big organisations modernise their data, cloud, and AI capabilities. They work with enterprise clients across multiple industries, solving real transformation challenges, not just doing "innovation theatre." You'll be part of an engineering-led team that actually ships.

The Role

You'll lead technical workstreams, design modern data/AI architectures, and deliver hands-on solutions for clients. You'll get to:

• Build and deploy ML + LLM-powered systems
• Design cloud-native, scalable data & AI platforms
• Translate business problems into clean technical solutions
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals, accelerators, and internal R&D

It's equal parts engineering, consulting, and innovation.

Requirements

You've likely got 3-7 years in consulting or technical delivery and solid experience in one or more of:

• Cloud data platforms
• Machine learning
• Analytics engineering
• Software/platform engineering

You're great at:

• Solving complex problems
• Explaining tech clearly to non-technical audiences
• Leading workstreams or mentoring others
• Designing or implementing data/AI solutions

Bonus points for exposure to:

• GenAI
• LLMs
• Vector databases
• LangChain
• Proposal writing
