About:

Senitac is building Safe Autonomous Organisations - AI systems that don’t just assist work, but complete it end-to-end with strong controls. We’re starting with the finance team because it’s one of the highest-leverage and most failure-intolerant operational domains.

We’re looking for cracked systems engineers who can build reliable software in the real world: messy inputs, edge cases, integrations, auditability, and safety.

Role Summary:

You’ll work directly with the founders to ship production-grade agentic systems: designing workflows, building full-stack product surfaces, and engineering the guardrails that make autonomy trustworthy.

Responsibilities: • Build and ship features across frontend, backend, and data (end-to-end ownership) • Design and implement reliable agent workflows (tool use, state, retries, failure handling) • Create clear observability : logs, traces, audit trails, and evaluation harnesses • Work on integrations and automation pipelines (APIs, webhooks, queues where needed) • Write clean, maintainable code and concise documentation • Demo progress regularly and iterate quickly based on feedback

What we are looking for: • Strong fundamentals in software engineering and systems thinking • Full-stack comfort (typical: React/Next.js + Python/Node + SQL/Postgres ) • Hands-on experience building with LLMs / agents (structured outputs, tool calling, eval) • Ownership mindset: you move from ambiguity → plan → shipped output • Clear communication and ability to defend technical decisions

Nice to have: • Experience with workflow automation, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures • Familiarity with finance ops / compliance concepts (helpful, not required) • Experience shipping products used by real users (even small scale)
