AI Engineer / Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / Lead with strong expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models) and GCP to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, work with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in machine learning and generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Build and deploy scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data ingestion to model deployment
• Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance and accuracy
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI-powered applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions
• Ensure best practices in model governance, security, and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.)
• Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and generative AI
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML teams or projects
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of data engineering and large-scale data processing
• Experience in enterprise AI implementations
