AI Engineer

A quietly building AI startup in the industrial domain is hiring an AI Engineer to help bring intelligent automation into technical sales processes. Their focus is on creating AI systems that can handle complex engineering logic and decision-making.

The product is already deployed with customers, and the team is focused on turning advanced models into practical tools that deliver immediate value.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing machine learning models for real-world use
• Building AI systems that interact with structured and technical data
• Improving model performance based on live feedback and usage
• Working closely with engineering to integrate models into production

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills, especially in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and deployment
• Ability to move between experimentation and production work
• Interest in applying AI to complex, real-world challenges
