AI Engineer (m/w/d)

About Us

Our client, a renowned IT service provider from Darmstadt, is looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) for the development of customer-specific AI solutions and automation tools.

Your Tasks

• Development of individual AI solutions for customer projects
• Implementation of chatbots, AI assistants, and intelligent automation solutions
• Development of applications based on modern LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Mistral)
• Building RAG systems, document AI, and knowledge-based AI workflows
• Development and integration of APIs, data sources, and automation processes
• Analysis of customer-specific requirements and technical conception of suitable AI solutions
• Close collaboration with sales and business units to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Evaluation of new AI technologies, frameworks, and models

Your Profile

• Experience in the development of AI, AI, or Machine Learning solutions
• Good knowledge of Python
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Knowledge in topics such as RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, or chatbot development
• Experience with APIs, data processing, and integration of technical systems
• Understanding of customer-specific requirements and practical solution development
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
