Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of modern AI and Machine Learning solutions to support business processes and data-driven applications
• Analysis and preparation of large amounts of data for the creation of powerful models and intelligent systems
• Development, training, and optimization of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Integration of AI solutions into existing software and cloud infrastructures
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from software development, data engineering, and IT operations
• Building and further development of AI pipelines as well as automation of model deployment and monitoring
• Documentation of AI architectures, models, and development processes to ensure a sustainable and transparent system landscape
• Analysis and optimization of existing AI models regarding performance, scalability, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in the development of AI or Machine Learning solutions
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience with common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms
• Knowledge in data processing, model training, and deployment of AI systems
• Analytical mindset as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German or English skills for effective collaboration within the team
