Your Tasks

• You develop innovative AI-based product ideas for intralogistics in technology and pre-development, accompanying them from the idea through initial prototypes and field tests to handover to series development.
• You work closely with internal AI experts and external partners and are the point of contact for Corporate Engineering, actively contributing requirements to the central AI strategy.
• You develop data-driven models, e.g. for sensor fusion and data analytics (e.g. in Azure, Databricks), based on real vehicle and system data.
• You empower teams in dealing with artificial intelligence, drive knowledge transfer, and actively shape the AI community.
• You prepare complex AI content in a structured and understandable way for management, stakeholders, and technical target groups.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in development, innovation, or pre-development in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Very good knowledge of Python and practical experience with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• A high degree of initiative and enthusiasm for technology, combined with persuasive power and the ability to drive ideas forward sustainably.
• Very good communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical and conceptual content in a target-group-oriented manner.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, methodical way of working.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
