Your tasks

• Conducting requirements analyses for software products (Linux, Windows, Embedded Systems) incorporating customer and market requirements
• Development and maintenance of corresponding software architectures (deployment pipelines on development servers (Jenkins), embedded Linux operating systems based on Yocto)
• Coordination of innovative concepts regarding feasibility with all development partners
• Implementation and testing of the software
• Creation and use of protocols for standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, Bluetooth etc.)
• Coding of software using common software tools
• Creation of documentation, e.g., according to IEC 62304, IEC 81001-5-1

What sets you apart

• Completed studies in (technical) computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in embedded systems and software development
• Good system understanding of the interaction between hardware and software
• Proficient in programming languages C, C++, Python, as well as good Yocto and Linux knowledge
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working, as well as teamwork skills
