What they’re looking for: • Strong programming skills, especially in Python • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and deployment • Ability to move between experimentation and production work • Interest in applying AI to complex, real-world challenges

Tech stack: • Python, Temporal, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini, LiteLLM, Langfuse, Pydantic AI • Postgres, vector and graph databases • Next.js, TypeScript • Azure, GCP (Vertex), Pulumi
