I've partnered with one of the hottest start-ups in the EU, who are looking to scale rapidly and bring on highly-talented Software, AI & Forward Deployed Engineers.
Their AI SaaS solution allows companies to streamline processes, and reach new heights through the use of AI agents. They have very strong VC backing, and will be joining some very talented Engineers, in the thriving Munich tech scene, with a founding team who've worked at some of the globes top tech companies.
Highly competitive salaries and open in terms of years of experience.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong programming skills, especially in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and deployment
- Ability to move between experimentation and production work
- Interest in applying AI to complex, real-world challenges
Tech stack:
- Python, Temporal, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini, LiteLLM, Langfuse, Pydantic AI
- Postgres, vector and graph databases
- Next.js, TypeScript
- Azure, GCP (Vertex), Pulumi
Having strong technical skills and being a cultural fit at one of the highest growing start-ups in the EU are equally important. They are looking for motivated, ambitious and driven engineers who can come and contribute quickly.
A strong academic background from a top ranked University in Germany or globally is highly beneficial.
