Your tasks

• As an AI Engineer, no challenge is too difficult for you.
• You are familiar with the current state of the art in the area of deep learning and generative ai.
• As part of our team of AI experts, you will find clever solutions for the recognition, classification and extraction of documents and oversee deployment of new AI approaches and models.
• You develop tailor‑made AI solutions from prototype to integrable microservices.
• You use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real‑world problems.
• You help to bring the latest LLM methods into production.
• You analyze large data sets and find creative solutions.
• You develop, implement, test and document professionally.
• You are involved in the development from designing the concept to deployment.
• You monitor the inference results in production and respond to customer feedback.

Your profile

• You have a master's degree in computer science or a comparable field of study.
• You have in‑depth knowledge in at least one of these areas: computer vision, natural language processing, generative ai, large language models (LLMs) or retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and actively track the state‑of‑the‑art.
• You have very good programming skills, internalized best practices and have already successfully brought software projects into production.
• You are using coding‑assistants for your software development workflows.
• You have experience in operating and monitoring AI models via Docker or Kubernetes.
• You have in‑depth mathematical skills, especially in machine learning approaches and statistical methods.
• You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds (technical and non‑technical).
• You are fluent in German (at least B2).
