We are building a world-class AI Engineering program that trains students to become industry-ready AI Engineers capable of building real-world systems in Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineering Instructor to lead our flagship program and mentor the next generation of AI builders.

About the Program

This is a structured, end-to-end AI Engineering curriculum covering:

• Feature Engineering

Deep Learning & AI Systems

• Neural Networks & Deep Learning
• Computer Vision
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Generative AI & LLM Systems

• Introduction to Generative AI
• Vector Databases
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• LangChain for LLM Applications

Agentic AI & Advanced Systems

• Agentic AI Fundamentals
• LangGraph & Memory Systems
• CrewAI for Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Human-in-the-Loop AI

Capstone Project

• End-to-end AI system design
• Production-ready AI deployment
• Real-world AI applications

Responsibilities

• Deliver live classes 3x per week
• Teach from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (WAT)
• Simplify complex AI concepts for learners
• Guide students through coding and real-world projects
• Review assignments and capstone projects
• Provide mentorship and learning support
• Ensure students build job-ready AI engineering skills

Class Structure

• Frequency: 3 classes per week
• Duration: 2 hours per class
• Total: 12 classes per month
• Mode: Online (Remote)
• Duration: 8–10 months program

Compensation

• Competitive monthly compensation (based on experience and value contribution)
• Paid based on completion of scheduled classes and deliverables

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Can teach clearly in English with strong communication skills
• Has hands-on experience building AI systems or applications
• Understands modern AI tools (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Agents, etc.)
• Is passionate about teaching and mentoring others
• Can simplify complex technical concepts effectively
