Responsibilities

• You will further develop the AI strategy in line with the corporate and digitalization strategy.
• You will identify and evaluate AI use cases in processes company-wide.
• You will be responsible for change management in AI integration and for the selection and introduction of AI platforms and tools in collaboration with IT and external partners.
• You will conduct pilot and rollout projects and evaluate the results in terms of achieving strategic corporate goals.
• You will organize and select suitable training for employees and managers to anchor AI competence in the specialist departments.
• You will create business cases, represent the strategic interests of management, and work directly with management to actively contribute to decision-making.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• You have experience in the field of artificial intelligence or data science.
• You possess strong business acumen and an interest in strategic issues.
• You are characterized by high autonomy and a hands-on mentality to actively drive projects forward.
• You have experience in the construction or energy industry as well as professional experience in project management, which is an advantage.
• You work independently, structured, and detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
