AI & GEN AI Data Scientist-Experienced Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Building GenAI and AI solutions—including analytical model development, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, communication of results, front-end and back-end integration, and iterative development with clients.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI and Generative AI opportunities, gathering requirements, forming initial hypotheses, and developing solution approaches.
• Collaborating with client teams to understand business problems and selecting appropriate analytical models and approaches for AI and GenAI use cases.
• Designing and architecting AI/GenAI solutions for clients, including plugin-based solutions and custom application builds.
• Processing unstructured and structured data to create context for large language models, including tasks like text embedding, generating SQL queries, and building database connectors.
• Supporting daily operations of a global data and analytics team on client engagements by reviewing models, providing feedback, and assisting with analysis.
• Directing data engineers and data scientists to deliver efficient solutions and leading cross-functional teams in developing proofs of concept, pilots, and production use cases.
• Structuring, writing, communicating, and facilitating client presentations, as well as coaching and guiding associates through feedback and performance management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, clear communication, and a learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing AI/GenAI application development teams, including back-end and front-end integrations
• Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, Keras), common LLM frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Semantic Kernel), SQL as well as NoSQL databases
• Background in analytical techniques such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization, including vectorization, embedding, prompt engineering, and RAG workflow development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud, as well as familiarity with Git version control, testing frameworks, CI/CD, and release management
