About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI / LLM Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Chatbots, and Databricks . The ideal candidate should have delivered 3–4 end-to-end AI project implementations , particularly in enterprise or manufacturing environments.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, including intelligent bots and LLM-powered applications, with a strong focus on real-world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end AI/LLM-based solutions using Azure ecosystem • Develop and deploy applications using Azure OpenAI Services • Build and optimize AI Chatbots / Conversational AI systems • Work on LLM model setup, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering • Design and implement memory layers (RAG, vector databases, embeddings, context handling) • Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks • Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and APIs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing use cases • Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability • Implement best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI

Required Skills • Strong experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, open-source models, etc.) • Experience in building AI Bots / Conversational AI solutions • Expertise in Databricks (data pipelines, notebooks, ML workflows) • Knowledge of RAG architecture, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.) • Experience in model deployment and API integration • Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks • Understanding of memory layer design and context management in LLMs • Experience working on end-to-end project delivery

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Manufacturing domain (predictive maintenance, supply chain, automation, etc.) • Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management • Knowledge of cloud architecture and scalable systems • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, big data processing)
