AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and AI models. Process, clean, and transform large datasets for model training. Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model performance. Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using various frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers on AI/ML projects. Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Develop and maintain data pipelines for machine learning workflows. Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML solutions to solve business problems. Create visualizations and reports to communicate model results and insights. Ensure the ethical and responsible development of AI systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ML infrastructure and tooling. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Strong programming skills in Python or R, with expertise in relevant ML libraries. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
