AI / ML Engineer - Modern AI Stack

About

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions using cloud-native architectures.
• Develop models for NLP, predictive analytics, classification, and anomaly detection.
• Implement LLM-based solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
• Perform data ingestion, feature engineering, and validation on structured and unstructured data.
• Deploy models using containerized and MLOps best practices; support monitoring and retraining.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Ensure Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
• Strong Python skills with ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML solutions.
• Practical exposure to GenAI / LLM concepts (RAG, embeddings, prompting).
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
