AI QA Analyst (Manual testing-AI based tools )

Responsibilities

• Work with developers/Product Manager to make sure that functional & non-functional requirements are addressed.
• Establish and improve metrics collection and reporting.
• Establish test effectiveness and efficiencies throughout the team.
• Incorporate research of industry trends and apply best practices in quality engineering practices used in the Data Warehouse process.
• Work in a collaborative environment and work with technical and non-technical team members equally well.
• Create test plans, test cases and other testing artifacts as necessary to ensure a systematic approach for guaranteeing the quality of our products and services.
• Created test plans and test cases.
• Document and report status on manual and automated test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.

Skills

• Proficient knowledge on AI Fundamentals, Programming, Data Handling, Testing Frameworks, Evaluation Metrics, Ethics & Compliance, Natural Language Processing.
• Expertise in writing test cases, testing the test scenarios, Prompt Testing & Performance Optimization.
• Good knowledge of Data Warehouse, Cloud-Based Databases, Data Lakes.
• Good exposure on Agile [Scrum] Software Development Methodology.
• Good experience in Cloud Services like Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory.
• Good knowledge on STLC and SDLC.
• Good experience in Performance Testing, Scalability Testing, Latency Testing & Prompt Response Time/Response Quality.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, GitHub/GitLab.
• Expertise in writing test cases and testing the test scenarios.

Must Have

• Testing experience – for hiring tools or AI‑based tools

Good to Have

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning Principles, Algorithms, Version Control, Data Augmentation Tool, Bias Detection Tools, Content Moderation Tools.
• Good experience in Data Generation, Bias Detection & Mitigation.
• Experience of testing on any SaaS tool will be an added advantage
