Your Role

In this key role, you will take responsibility for the security and privacy of modern ML and GenAI solutions and set the guardrails for the secure scaling of AI in the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct LLM-specific threat modeling and comprehensive risk analyses along the entire AI lifecycle
• Define, implement, and further develop guardrails and security controls for productive AI systems
• Plan and conduct red teaming activities and security reviews before go-live
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and resilience for AI/GenAI applications
• Collaborate closely with AI Governance, IT Security, Data Protection, and Engineering teams
• Build and establish security standards for the use of AI in the company
• Support the integration of security-by-design principles into development and operational processes
• Advise stakeholders at management and project level on AI security topics

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies, e.g., in Computer Science, IT Security, Cyber Security, or a comparable degree program
• Many years of experience in IT security
• In-depth knowledge of modern security standards and frameworks, especially OWASP (including LLM Top 10)
• Extensive experience in threat modeling and security assessments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in defining and implementing security controls in complex IT landscapes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., in the context of the AI Act)
• Experience with secure-by-design programs and in developing and conducting AI literacy programs
