AI Specialist

AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining advanced AI systems to support Strategic objectives across voice and digital customer interaction channels. Including the creation of production-grade AI voice bots, text bots, AI-driven QA systems for call audits and bespoke NLP/NLU systems. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation

• Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems.

• Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions.

• Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

• Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.

Job Experience and skill required

• Honours degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.

• 0+ Experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP or related

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Certifications in AI/ML platforms (e.g. Azure AI) advantageous.

• Hands-on experience building AI chatbots using LLMs or conversational AI frameworks.
