Duties & Responsibilities

We’re hiring an AI Specialist to design, build, and run enterprise‑grade AI solutions using machine learning, cognitive search, and large‑scale AI agents on Azure. This role focuses on production AI, not experiments — delivering secure, governed, and scalable AI systems that support real business workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy ML models into production environments
• Design cognitive search and enterprise knowledge systems
• Implement large and enterprise AI agents with proper orchestration and guardrails
• Deliver AI solutions on Azure using modern AI platforms (AI Foundry or similar)
• Apply MLOps, monitoring, and responsible AI practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in applied ML and data‑driven AI
• Hands‑on experience with cognitive search and/or GenAI
• Experience building or working with AI agents
• Solid Azure experience in enterprise environments
• Comfortable taking AI from idea to production
