AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance
• Design data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
• Deploy ML models into production environments
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams
• Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and technologies
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using metrics

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python / R / Java
• Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL)
• Understanding of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with APIs and model deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience in real-world AI/ML projects
