Applied AI/ML Scientist (Health Tech)

Overview

We’re looking for an Applied AI/ML Scientist to build and deploy models that turn health and behavioral data into personalized insights. This role blends machine learning, experimentation, and product development, working across research and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate ML models for time-series and multimodal data (wearables, health data, etc.)
• Build feature pipelines, training strategies, and personalization logic
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model accuracy, safety, and performance
• Translate research into real-world, production-ready solutions
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy models into scalable applications

Requirements

• Strong experience in applied ML / data science (time-series or multimodal data)
• Experience with experimentation, model evaluation, and metrics
• Exposure to LLMs or agent-based systems
• Ability to work across research + engineering

Nice to Have

• Experience with edge/on-device ML or mobile deployment
• Exposure to health, wearable, or physiological data
• Experience integrating models into production systems (JS/TS environments)
