Our client is seeking someone with a strong background in Python. I came across your profile and wanted to connect regarding an exciting AI/ML Engineer opportunity (Remote – Canada). We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI to support multiple ongoing and upcoming transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

You’ll be contributing to high-impact projects focused on AI agents, GenAI integrations, and scalable ML solutions, working alongside a strong engineering team already engaged in similar initiatives.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Has:

• Solid background in Machine Learning (model building, tuning, and optimization)
• Practical experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT/Claude and their real-world applications
• Hands-on expertise in building AI agents / agentic workflows
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks (E2E validation / E-vals) for AI systems
• Ability to work with custom ML models and improve performance through fine-tuning
• Understanding of customer data-driven AI use cases
• Exposure to AI transformation initiatives at scale
