AI/ML Engineer – Clinical - Patient insights - Life Sciences

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in the Clinical - Patient insights - Life Sciences domain to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on leveraging advanced machine learning and AI techniques to generate actionable patient insights and support data-driven decision-making in healthcare and clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to Life Sciences and healthcare data.
• Analyze large-scale patient datasets to derive meaningful insights and trends.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to improve patient outcomes and treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows for patient data processing and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
• Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
• Experience working within the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain is mandatory.
• Proven ability to generate patient insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
