Blinkly develops advanced AI and secure communications software for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Our recently awarded projects include:
- WATCHTOWER — using AI/ML for UAV signal recognition.
- ARCHITECT — 3D cognitive-SLAM for GPS-denied navigation.
- ODIN — AI-driven open-source intelligence analysis.
We’re hiring an entry-level AI/ML Engineer to help design and test applied machine learning models for these programs. You’ll work hands-on with real-world data and open-source tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, srsRAN, OpenAirInterface, and Neo4j.
Candidates must reside in Oklahoma’s 4th Congressional District (Norman, Lawton, Ada, and surrounding areas) or be willing to relocate there. Blinkly is committed to building local engineering talent and strengthening ties with regional universities (University of Oklahoma, Cameron University, East Central University) and Fort Sill.
Responsibilities
- Train and evaluate ML models for signal, vision, or text data.
- Build pipelines in Python/C++ and integrate with our 5G and autonomy systems.
- Analyze results, tune performance, and document findings.
Who You Are
- Curious, reliable, and excited about building real AI systems.
- Experience with Python and basic ML libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Interested in signal processing, computer vision, or AI for defense.
