Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
• Implement machine learning models and algorithms, and integrate them into production systems
• Contribute to the development of our MLOps platform, focusing on automation, scalability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Continuously improve code quality, system design, and process
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in Python development, including experience with frameworks such as Flask, or Fast API
• Proven experience in MLOps, deploying, and scaling machine learning models
• Experience with machine learning libraries and tools
• Familiarity with strongly typed languages such as Java, C++, or Go is a plus
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
