AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLM development, and production deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and productionizing advanced AI solutions using modern GenAI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases
• Build and productionize LLM-powered applications
• Develop AI agents and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and DeepAgent
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models such as Claude, OpenAI GPT models, and other foundation models
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement GenAI use cases
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for business applications
• Build secure and scalable AI pipelines in cloud environments
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery and Vertex AI, for model training, deployment, and data processing
• Ensure model monitoring, governance, and performance optimization in production

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Extensive experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar models
• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and DeepAgent
• Experience building AI agents and RAG-based applications
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), especially:
  • Vertex AI
  • BigQuery
• Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of MLOps and scalable AI architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent AI systems
• Knowledge of model evaluation and AI safety practices
• Experience working in enterprise-scale AI environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
