Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and a deep understanding of Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that can operate autonomously, make decisions, and interact effectively with dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models and intelligent agent-based systems
• Build and optimize scalable solutions using Python
• Develop and implement agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, autonomous decision-making, tool usage, etc.)
• Integrate AI models with APIs, data pipelines, and production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven solutions
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance over time
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and agentic frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML (NLP, deep learning, or related fields)
• Experience with Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LLM APIs, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML models in production environments
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
