AI/ML Platform Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Platform Architect to define enterprise AI/ML architecture standards, scalable MLOps frameworks, and GenAI integration patterns. This role focuses on enterprise AI platform architecture, governance, and reusable ML frameworks rather than building individual ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise AI/ML architecture standards and reference frameworks
• Design scalable MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and model deployment strategies
• Establish governance standards including lineage, observability, monitoring, and drift detection
• Design scalable inference and model-serving architectures
• Build GenAI/LLM integration patterns including RAG frameworks and vector database standards
• Define Responsible AI frameworks including explainability, ethical AI, and bias mitigation
• Drive AI platform modernization and enterprise AI strategy
• Mentor ML engineers, architects, and data science teams

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Architecture
• 5+ years designing enterprise-scale ML platforms and MLOps frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • AWS SageMaker / Azure ML / Vertex AI / Databricks
  • MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon, KFServing
  • Kubernetes & Docker
  • GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, Vector Databases
  • Model governance, monitoring, and explainability
• Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS / Azure / GCP AI/ML Certifications
• TOGAF
• MLOps Certifications
