AI/ML Product Manager || Manufacturing/Steel/Metal Domain

The Role

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager — AI & Agentic Commerce who will:

• Define and execute our AI-first product vision
• Build autonomous trade-matching and negotiation agents
• Develop AI-powered pricing and procurement intelligence
• Integrate sustainability and ESG compliance into the commerce stack
• Lead a 5–15 member tech team
• Work directly with the CEO on strategy and GTM

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from vision → roadmap → execution → scale.

• Green steel certification workflows
• ESG dashboards & compliance automation
• Integration with BIS, CBAM & India's National Steel Policy

Full-Stack AI Ecosystem

• LLM integration & RAG pipelines
• Agentic orchestration frameworks
• Data governance & feedback loops
• AI infra strategy across marketplace, logistics & finance

Ideal Candidate

Must-Have

• 4–8 years of Product Management experience (B2B, SaaS, Marketplace, Enterprise Tech)
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures
• Engineering background (B.Tech / B.E. preferred)
• Data-driven mindset & agile execution experience
• Ability to work directly with founders & C-suite

Highly Desirable

• Steel / metals / commodities domain exposure
• Marketplace dynamics experience (GMV, liquidity, network effects)
• Early-stage startup experience
• ESG / sustainability familiarity
• 0→1 product building track record
