Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of industrial-grade software solutions for external customers within Grid Solutions. You’ll shape architecture and guide AI/ML integration while aligning with customer needs and safety-by-design principles. You act as a technical leader, mentoring teams and steering strategic initiatives with broad business impact. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that advance the company’s grid software objectives.

Responsabilités

• Bachelor of Science in specified fields
• 10+ years engineering experience
• Proven experience delivering software products for external customers
• Strong background in software architecture and design for industrial environments
