We are looking for our future Project Manager & Line Manager (All Gender) within the B.U. Sustainability teams.

In the Sustainability Business Unit, we help organizations in the industrial sector and other sectors tackle complex sustainability challenges. Whether these organizations are designing environmentally friendly products, complying with environmental regulations, decarbonizing their operations, or managing industrial risks, we provide the knowledge, methods, and support needed to succeed.

Missions & Responsibilities

As a Line Manager, you are responsible for the development of your team (10 to 13 collaborators, mostly technicians):

• Recruitment: Identify needs, specify technical skills, qualify candidates, and ensure their successful integration.
• Performance & Career: Define individual objectives, conduct annual reviews, and build development plans (training, certifications).
• Team Management: Maintain visibility on workload, manage workload/resource balance, and foster a collective and cross-functional dynamic.
• HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners for administrative management and employee development.

As a Project Manager / Operational Manager, you manage client relationships with Airbus group entities:

• Activity Management: Supervise the technical progress of projects (deliverables, milestones, quality). Manage subcontracting activities.
• Technical Expertise: Provide first-level support on HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and pyrotechnics topics.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities with the client and participate in building technical proposals in synergy with the Customer Service Manager.

Skills We Value:

• Education: Ideally from a top-tier school or university, with a specialization in industrial risks or industrial processes. Good knowledge of the defense sector is a plus.
• Ideally, a specialization in project management, acquired within industrial ecosystems with experience in subcontractor management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Solid knowledge in (maximum 5):
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Industrial Risk (regulations, standards, labor and environmental code)
• As an international company, we work in a multicultural environment: an Advanced level in English is mandatory.
