As a AI/TypeScript Engineer, you will work on advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and large language model applications, developing scalable AI-powered workflows and backend services. You’ll collaborate closely with a highly technical engineering team, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future direction of AI capabilities across the business.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and backend development.
• Proven experience building end-to-end RAG systems and working with multiple LLM APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Experience working within high-load or operationally critical environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning.
• Exposure to production AI system debugging and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with scalable microservice architectures and event-driven systems.
