Your daily life

At the heart of the Silicon Valley of the PACA region, our site brings together our activities developing cutting-edge sonar systems for submarines and surface vessels, as well as digital services. A pioneer in simulation products, the site mobilizes in-depth expertise in acoustics and signal processing.

You will join the Thales Defense Mission Systems (DMS) activities in Sophia Antipolis, within the technical department, supporting the Performance Manager.

You will contribute to improving the business line's performance through cross-functional projects related to steering, digitalization, and optimization of practices.

Your profile

Do you want to discover performance steering and cross-functional project management in an innovative industrial environment?

You are in an engineering school, business school, master's program, or equivalent in project management, industrial management, or operational performance, you are looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum and you have the following skills:

• Data analysis and performance steering
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Preparation of dashboards and reporting materials
• Interest in continuous improvement, digitalization, or BI tools

Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and communication skills are assets you are recognized for?
