Safran SEATS is a world leader in aircraft seats for crews and passengers. Our clients: the largest airlines and aircraft manufacturers. Our product: the seat (from economy to business class, including crew seats). You may have already tested it while traveling with one of our client airlines; over a million of them are currently in flight! Our location: Issoudun (36), between Bourges and Châteauroux, at the gates of the Loire Castles and Touraine (1h15 by car or train) in the Centre Val De Loire region and only 2h30 by road from Paris.

Safran SEATS is accelerating its digital transformation! As part of its Data 4.0 project, we are deploying innovative applications integrating artificial intelligence for industrial excellence across all our sites in France, the UK, and the US.

Within the Industrial DATA Directorate, you will actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions for exploiting industrial data. You will be involved in structuring projects for Safran Seats: digitalization of processes, intelligent automation, integration of AI tools applied to the production chain, Supply Chain, purchasing, quality, and product development.

Your main missions:

• Needs assessment in collaboration with Data and business teams (workshops, interviews…)
• Contribution to the extraction, structuring, modeling, and analysis of data from ERP/PLM/CRM systems
• Design, development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions/applications integrating AI components (prediction, optimization, automated analysis)
• Implementation of advanced reporting (Power BI, Data Visualization) and intelligent alerts
• Change management support for users and creation of guides, training materials

Job Requirements

You are preparing an Engineering degree or a Master's degree focused on Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Industrial IT through an apprenticeship program lasting 2 or 3 years. You are rigorous, curious, creative, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are comfortable working in an international context. You are proficient in data analysis, programming (Python, SQL), BI tools (Power BI), and artificial intelligence applied to industry. A good command of English is essential for this position. Knowledge of SharePoint and MS365 tools would be a plus.

Recruitment Process:
