Role

We are looking for a: ALVEA Senior Deployment Engineer (M/F)

Within the Engineering Department of the Opps-ICS Business Segment ("Integrated Communications & Supervision"), which focuses on Operations Control and Passenger Services, and as part of the ongoing transformation of our integration, deployment, and operational practices, we are looking for a motivated experienced Deployment Engineer to support worldwide project teams in delivering and operating our strategic product named ALVEATM IOCC (Integrated Operation Control Center) in the project environments.

This requires having a clear understanding of our digital stack as well as our business applications in order to train the projects team and help projects industrializing their integration chains, stabilize their environments, and secure the first partial deployment in their different environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and support project teams on configuration and deployment methods following ALVEATM deployment practices.
• Deploy first partial operational ALVEATM configuration adapted to each supported projects.
• Identify project deployment prerequisites, dependencies, and risks.
• Standardize practices across projects.
• Support investigation and resolution of incidents during deployment phases.
• Document architectures, pipelines, deployment models, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a deployment onboarding kit for new projects.
• Promote reusable patterns and best practices within projects.
• Provide feedback loops to product to continuously improved on deployment practices and contribute where necessary.

Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, or software integration roles.
• Proven experience in:
  • supporting project teams,
  • deploying operational environments,
  • building and industrializing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in a structured and complex environment.
• Strong automation, operational reliability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others.
• Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
