About the role

Role Overview

As an analyst at Lennox International, you will be responsible for applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories to manage financial accounts and operations efficiently. Your duties will involve a wide range of tasks including financial analysis, reporting, budget preparation, and reconciliation of accounting data. You will play a vital role in maintaining various fiscal records, analyzing financial data, and presenting revenue projections and expenditure reports to support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance of diverse accounts, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Participate in budget preparation and reconciliation of accounting data
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, registers, and other fiscal records
  • Allocate revenues to appropriate functions and classify expenditures
  • Set up prices in SAP for new products and update prices for existing materials
  • Generate Price Books for various districts and update customer zones
  • Prepare usage report for CDQ quantities and collaborate with sales personnel
  • Analyze vendor cost and provide comments on variances
  • Analyze CDQ prices to ensure minimum margin guidelines are met
  • Develop, analyze, and present financial results to management
  • Prepare any other analytical or ad‑hoc reports as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories of financial statements and reports
  • Familiarity with accounting ledgers, journals, and computer technology related to accounting systems
