Analyst – RTR

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month‑end close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and improve Record‑to‑Report (RTR) processes, including General Ledger and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of financial processes and meet deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of experience in Record‑to‑Report processes, financial statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
