The Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne (53) site is the headquarters of the Hutchinson Group's O-Rings & Bonded Seals (ORBS) Division and Operations Management.

As a European leader with 160 years of experience, we operate globally in the automotive, aeronautics, defense, rail, and industrial markets. Historically, through the Le Joint Français (LJF) brand, we are experts in manufacturing O-rings, 4-lobe seals, bi-material metal-rubber seals (BS seals), and custom sealing solutions.

The site is also a production facility recognized for its excellence in injection molding. It houses the ORBS division's research and development center and its modern, secure new Distribution Center.

Your Role

Within the IT department, you will participate in optimizing our IT processes.

Your Main Missions

• Collect data from ERP, MES, and CRM information systems.
• Develop new applications in Qliksense and PowerBI.
• Build dashboards.
• Propose solutions adapted to needs.
• Liaise with different factory teams.
• Develop Machine Learning models (classification, regression, clustering...).
• Develop and optimize predictive models.
• Participate in the creation of automated data processing pipelines (Databricks).

Your Profile

• Degree pursued: Data Science/IT Engineering program.
• Duration: 3 years
• Skills sought: Python
• Qualities sought: Autonomy, initiative, motivation, good interpersonal skills.
