About the role
Your missions in a few words
Future Master 2 student, you are looking for an apprenticeship for the 2026/2027 academic year. Within the Employment and Training Policies Synthesis department, as part of your apprenticeship, you will work in tandem with the Data Analyst responsible for monitoring personal services (SAP).
Personal services encompass a range of services provided at an individual's home or in their immediate environment (housekeeping, childcare, assistance to the elderly or disabled, minor DIY, administrative assistance, etc.). Households that use these services benefit from fiscal and social advantages, the parameters of which are regularly updated. For example, in the recent period, an immediate tax credit advance has been progressively implemented.
The sector faces numerous challenges: strong growth in needs by 2030 in a context of an aging population, recruitment difficulties, and issues with the attractiveness of these professions, undeclared work...
Specifically, as part of your apprenticeship:
- You will contribute to the production of quarterly series and an annual publication on personal services organizations.
- You will participate in the measurement of salaried employment in the sector at the territorial level, carried out jointly with INSEE.
- You will study the career path of employees entering the personal services sector.
- You will produce tables on personal services in response to requests from external partners.
Beyond these tasks, you may be involved in studies on other topics depending on current events and the department's needs.
Profile sought
Training in statistics, data processing, or economics/econometrics, preparing for a Master's degree (Bac + 5).
