Your Role
As a Quality Engineer Apprentice, you will join the CATIA R&D Quality Assessment team, responsible for ensuring the quality and robustness of 3D design solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
You will contribute to the functional validation of CATIA Mechanical Design applications, particularly in the areas of:
- LEO feature (AI for design assistance)
- Assembly Design
- Fastener Design
- Product Structure
Your role will involve evaluating the quality of software developments, designing test scenarios representative of customer usage, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure the stability and performance of features.
Your Missions
- Use AI to improve quality processes
- Master AI to test features on mechanical applications
- Software Quality & Validation: Evaluate the quality of new features developed in CATIA.
- Test Automation & Tools: Participate in the implementation and improvement of automated tests.
- Contribute to the enrichment of regression test suites to ensure the stability of software versions.
- Use and improve internal validation and data analysis tools.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with R&D teams and Software Engineers to understand new features and identify relevant test cases.
- Participate in the root cause analysis of defects and track their resolution.
- Product Understanding: Manipulate and analyze complex CATIA datasets (3D assemblies, product structures, standard components).
- Verify the consistency of software behaviors in different environments and configurations.
Your Qualifications
You are looking for an apprenticeship contract for your Professional Bachelor's or Master's II in technical writing.

- Knowledge of CATIA / CAD / PLM basics
- Software testing and validation
- Test automation
- Debugging and problem tracking
- Python / scripting / JS (optional)
- Mastery and understanding of AI topics
