About the role
Role Description
Key Responsibilities
• Integration Architecture • Define end‑to‑end integration architecture for D365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations) and Power Platform solutions. • Establish integration reference architectures, patterns, and design standards. • Drive architecture decisions for real‑time, near‑real‑time, and batch integrations. • D365 & Dataverse Integration • Design integrations using: • Dataverse (Dual‑write, Virtual Tables) • OData APIs, Webhooks, Business Events • Enable seamless integration between: • D365 CE ↔ D365 F&O • D365 ↔ Power Platform • D365 ↔ External enterprise systems • Azure Integration Services • Architect solutions using: • Azure Logic Apps • Azure Service Bus • Azure Functions • Azure API Management • Define API‑led integration strategies including security, throttling, and monitoring. • Power Platform Integration • Lead integration design involving: • Power Apps (Canvas, Model‑Driven) • Power Automate (orchestration, approvals) • Power BI (reporting and embedded analytics) • Design and govern custom connectors and reusable integration components. • Security, Governance & Compliance • Define authentication and authorization models using: • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • OAuth 2.0, Managed Identity, Service Principals • Ensure adherence to: • Data security and privacy standards • Power Platform governance and DLP policies • Collaborate with Power Platform CoE on environment and integration governance.
Skills & Experience (SO Qualification Criteria)
Mandatory
• 10–14+ years overall IT experience • 8+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integrations • Strong experience with: • Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations • Dataverse integration capabilities • Power Platform extensibility • Hands‑on knowledge of Azure Integration Services
Preferred
• Experience integrating D365 with: • SAP, Salesforce, HR systems, Finance systems, Data platforms • Experience in regulated domains (Banking / Insurance / Healthcare) • Microsoft certifications: • PL‑600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) • D365 Solution Architect (CE or F&O)
