Your Daily Life

By joining the Toulouse site, you will be integrated into our sovereign cyber defense solutions to counter growing IT threats and our digital services activities, enabling us to operate our clients' critical information systems and support them in their secure digital transformation.

Your Daily Life

Within the Business Development Department of the Thales Information System BU (SIT) of Thales Digital Services, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle:

In the conquest phase (Business Dev):

• Support to the Sales Department to technically present and value our know-how and experiences, around the integration of IT and network infrastructures, Managed Services and Cybersecurity.
• Responsible for technical consulting missions, if necessary.

In the pre-sales phase:

• Contribution to the definition of the IT or Managed Services solution by assisting the architect and the bid manager, while ensuring that the technical solution developed meets all customer requirements (cost, deadline, and quality).

In the project execution phase:

• Securing critical project start-up phases, alongside the Program Manager, or at the request of the cluster manager or by BU management decision, construction and monitoring of action plans for a project encountering difficulties.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional passionate about technologies, with solid technical experience and a strong business orientation.

Graduating from a university or engineering school, you have 15 years of experience, including 5 to 10 successful years as an architect, solution manager, or bid manager, ideally within a digital services company (ESN).

• Key Skills:
  • Solid foundations in IS/IT (systems, networks, security, DBMS, and applications).
  • Cloud & managed services: Mastery of managed services from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) and experience in Cloud migration projects (Move to Cloud).
  • Security and project management: Solid technical skills, particularly in security, enabling you to challenge architectures, assess risks, and participate in the pre-sales phase, by highlighting the technical strengths of a solution to clients.
  • Customer focus: A keen sense of customer satisfaction and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders: both highly technical profiles (architects, experts) and profiles more oriented towards management or direction.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with different hierarchical levels and adapt your communication according to your interlocutor.
  • English: A level of English allowing you to work on international projects.
