Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning position based in Dallas, TX. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to address complex problems. The AI/ML Specialist will analyze data sets to extract valuable insights, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for developing AI-powered solutions, and write scalable and efficient code. The specialist will also test, validate, and refine models for enhanced performance and accuracy, while staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Proficient Analytical Skills, including the ability to process, interpret, and derive insights from large datasets
• Experience in Data Science practices and statistical modeling to support decision-making processes
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and frameworks, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
• Proficiency in Programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and comfort with machine learning libraries and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment is preferred
